Women’s empowerment involves giving them the right to have and to determine choices, giving them ample opportunities and resources. Providing opportunities to women will in turn give them the freedom to define and lead their lives the way they want which will eventually get to the next level, where they can influence the social and economical changes nationally and internationally.
It is a social responsibility of every business entity to proactively find ways to support and include women’s needs economically, socially, politically, and psychologically. The good news is that most of the companies are consciously putting effort in doing their part in women empowerment and we would like to do our.
SR Cabs as an organisation would like to be part of women empowerment activities. To start with we have started hiring women drivers. We believe hiring women resources will help them as well as their family to have an improved financial standing in the society. We started this initiative to boost women’s confidence, give equal opportunity and empower the talented resources. This program also helps them to have a great exposure, meet people, see the ever growing world around them, dream and shape their kids and family.
